When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

SMS/Mobile Information Privacy

Aurora Adult Day Care LLC respects the privacy of individuals who provide their mobile phone numbers and opt in to receive SMS messages from us.

No mobile information will be shared or sold: Aurora Adult Day Care LLC will not share or sell mobile phone contact information, mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, SMS consent information, or text messaging originator opt-in data and consent to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS opt-in data and consent information will only be used for the purposes for which the individual provided consent, including sending service-related text messages from Aurora Adult Day Care LLC.

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized.
